This little seeds can absorb up to 10times their weight in water. The pudding is a simple way to get all of the health benefits chia offers. Chia seeds are suitable for quick on- the -go breakfast or snack.
1/ 4 cup of Chia seeds
1 cup of light coconut milk
1 tea spoon vanilla
1 tea spoon of maple syrup
Mix all of the ingredients in a jar or a glass and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 mins.
I prefer to make it the night before so I have it ready to go in the morning. Top it with fresh fruit and coconut flakes and enjoy immediately .
