This chocolate-hazelnut spread is the bomb. Packed with heart healthy antioxidants, protein and healthy fats. The homemade Nutella is seriously addictive. With a dash of a sweetness this spread can satisfy any sugar cravings. You nedd just 5 ingredients and 15 mins. to whip off this beauty.
250 gr. of hazelnuts
4-5 tbs agave nectar /maple syrup
4-5 tbs of cocoa powder
6-7 tbs of water
a dash of vanilla extract
Place the hazelnuts in a preheated 350 degree oven , toast the hazelnuts for about 5-7 mins. Be sure to stir them every 2-3 mins. to keep them from burning.Once they are done set them aside and let them cool .
Add the cooled hazelnuts in a food processor and let it process for about 5 mins. Voila! The hazelnuts are processed into a liquid. Occasionally scrape down the sides and process until there is no lumps remaining.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the hazelnut liquid process for another 3-4 mins. and you are done. Yum !
